Your first day with the group
At 15, joining a new group can feel daunting, especially if you think everyone else is already super fit. Our coaches know that. They will not put you through an exhausting fitness test on day one. You will warm up with your new teammates, experience how training really works and see from minute one that people work hard here in a healthy, supportive atmosphere.
